1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leads Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2 Description of Service

Leads Manager is a CRM and email management application that allows users to:

  • Manage business leads and contacts
  • Connect and manage email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, custom IMAP/SMTP)
  • Send and receive emails through connected accounts
  • Generate AI-powered email draft suggestions
  • Build a knowledge base for contextual AI responses

3 User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4 Email Account Integration

By connecting your email account (Gmail, Outlook, or other providers) to the Service:

  • You authorize us to access, read, and sync your email messages as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You authorize us to send emails on your behalf when you compose and approve messages
  • You can disconnect your email account at any time through the settings page
  • You remain responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service

5 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent.

  • AI drafts require your review and approval before sending
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content
  • AI features use your knowledge base documents to provide contextual responses

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk emails in violation of applicable laws
  • Violate any applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

7 Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all data you input (leads, contacts, emails, documents)
  • We do not claim ownership of your content or email data
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service

8 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security purposes.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leads Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service.

10 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
